Here’s a general outline of prices for editorial work and children's book illustration.

Keep in mind that prices can vary widely based on the project specifics:

Editorial Illustration

​

Single Spot Illustration: $150 - $500
Full-Page Illustration: $500 - $1,500
Cover Illustration: $1,000 - $3,000
Series of Illustrations (3-5): $1,500 - $5,000
Complex Illustrations (multiple elements): $800 - $2,500

Children's Book Illustration

​

Picture Book (32 pages): $5,000 - $15,000
Character Design: $500 - $2,000 per character
Spot Illustrations (throughout the book): $150 - $800 each
Cover Illustration: $1,000 - $3,500
Final Artwork (including revisions): $8,000 - $20,000 for the entire book

Stock Illustration Alterations

Color: If an EPS/LARGE Vector is purchased then color can be added for $25 per hour of work. Minimum of 3 hours (75$).

Collaging: 25$ an Hour $100 minimum and $25 for each extra hour. All images used must be from licensed EPS files. They can be collaged in black and white to make a new composition as long as no new illustration is required.

Alterations made from Licensed Images (the originals I will not sell the rights to) but I will not resell any new finished color or collaged images based on the Licensed Images. They may be used in my portfolio but the altered images will not be resold.
